We placed an order online & were told it would be 40 minutes for delivery. It actually took one hour & 25 minutes to arrive. I also had to phone twice to ask where our food is. The first time I phoned was an hour after placing the order & was told it was just a couple of minutes away. However, it was another 25 minutes before it actually arrived. And when it did arrive, the food was cold. Extremely disappointing. I did complain & a fresh order was sent complimentary which was warm. We really appreciated this but I still wouldn't order again.

Ordered food online, (European munchie box), for pick up. Got home, to find items missing, no spicy chicken wings. Complained and was given an apology...no partial refund, no offer to replace missing item. They said they'd put more chicken in the box....no they didn't, they put half box potato wedges instead to pad it out. They also did not mention on pick up of missing items, nor phoned to say they could not fulfill the order. Basically no care whatsoever.... just chuck anything in attitude. Took my money and ran. Also as a side note they charged for a plastic bag which they didn't bother to provide..Son had to carry box home in his hands.

The food was great but the Chicken burger meal was meant to have mayo on it but it was laced with BBQ sauce and it was for my wife who cant have sweet stuff. So very annoyed with this one. Might order again .

Plenty of meat in mixed kebab and chips were piping hot and crispy defo order from here again
